This basket was not cheap so expected better quality, was a little disappointed.

We bought this basket as a gift for my parents. It was beautifully constructed and very well received.
In follow up to the previous comment regarding silverware that did not fit the straps -- we had read your comment and ordered the basket anyway, with trepidation. As of our order in May 2013, whatever manufacturing problem the previous commenter encountered appears to have been resolved. All the silverware came already within the straps and fit perfectly.

I bought the 4 Person Picnic Backpack as a shower gift for my niece and her fiance. I'd gotten the same product at winery for her brother and his fiance for their shower two years ago. Both couples love the backpack and how complete it is with utensils as well as the place for wine storage. When I asked my nephew whether I should get it for his sister he gave an enthusiastic "Yes!" They thought it was a great gift. The entire internet service experience, delivery, etc. was very good.
