I have very mixed feelings on these chairs. I purchased these chairs because they said they were very sturdy chairs that holds up to 375 lbs. My husband and I are both large and thought this would be great for our size. When I first received them I wanted to return them immediately! They are soooooo short and nearly impossible to get up from. There are no arms to even brace yourself. But we did keep them and they are heavy duty and do hold the weight. They are sturdy chairs and also good for a foot stool.

More recently we supported emergency responders in 2008, by delivering tens of thousands of cots in August and September, for the California wild fires, as well as Hurricane Gustav. When Hurricane Ike devastated our hometown of Houston TX. on Friday night, we were still delivering beds Saturday night in the dark, since the whole town was without electricity.
