Though my wife and I haven't used this pack, yet, I can safely say that it will perform just as I'd like it to. I am an avid hiker, eater, and "realistic gear-head" (I don't go for gimmicks, just what works, even if it's "old-fashioned"), so I took everything apart and played with all the different pieces for about an hour, just to see what I was dealing with. Understand, there are no Riedel glasses and Oneida flatware: This is perfect for a PICNIC. Shipping-wise, everything got here right on time, and it was all nicely packaged and in excellent condition. Remember to bring the wine!
