First I would like to start by saying your website is one of the best internet stores to purchase from. Two months ago, I purchased the fire rescue knife (m-tech) and a few days after having the knife on my person the belt clip fell off and was lost. I contacted them about the problem in my review site they sent me post to receiving my knife and told them what had happened. The next thing I know there is a brand new knife on my front door step 1 week later. I thought that was great and never had this problem with the belt clip since! The customer service was 5 star service and the knife it's self is fantastic for the price you pay. I belong to the COLVILLE FIRE DEPT and this knife is really one to have in your bunker gear. It is heavy duty and good looking too! Thanks to your website!
